Ryan grew up in Lynchburg, VA and attended Davidson College from 2004-2008 where he earned his BA in English. He started as quarterback for Davidson’s football team for four seasons. He graduated as the school’s all-time leader in passing attempts, completions, yards, and touchdowns.

Charlita Joseph is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a major in Economics and minor in Organizational Communication. She was a scholarship athlete and four-year letter winner in the 49ers’ Women’s Basketball program. Professionally, she is a licensed insurance claims professional currently employed in Bank of America’s Insurable Risk Management department.

Mike’s 30+ career in the investment business includes his current role as the president and founder of Willingdon Wealth Management, a Huntersville-based investment advisory firm. Mike has developed the“we are 5th” business philosophy within his firm, meaning each member of the firm focuses on faith, serving family, clients, and teammates, before himself.
Ben lives with his wife Abigail in Greenville, SC. He is a CPA and works for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their private company tax practice. Ultimately, he hopes to use the technical skills learned from public accounting to run his own small business. (more…)

Education / Credentials. After graduating from Davidson College, Kim obtained a Masters in Autism and Developmental Disabilities from the University of Texas at Austin. After a few years of consulting, publishing research, and starting a Ph.D at Vanderbilt, Kim realized she missed the kids (and her old college town)!

Teaching has always played an integral role in how I share my love for Christ with others. I began teaching in the church right after graduation from Davidson College. After marrying Mike, my college sweetheart, we served as Youth Directors leading a group of high schoolers at a Methodist church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. That initial teaching position set in motion a lifelong journey of teaching for me; from Youth Group leader to Sunday School teacher, to Community Group Leader, to Home School Teacher!
