As the President of Real Estate Services for Foundry Commercial, Ken is responsible for leading the growth of our platform, adding strategic service lines, expanding its customer base and geographical service areas, and recruiting high-performing professionals.  

He brings to Foundry Commercial over 25 years of developing strategies and action plans to identify market opportunities and paths for service improvements in order to achieve identified objectives and conquer competitive threats.  Ken has led teams of extremely gifted individuals, serving a broad and diverse group of customers, while also leading the growth of the world’s largest real estate outsourcing business.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Founded the Project Management service line in 1994 for a global firm and grew the business from five people and $1.2M in revenue in the Southeast U.S. (1996) to 2,700 people and $213M across 78 countries (2009).
  • Placed in excess of $20B of capital and 24M square feet of new space in aggregate into service for corporate, healthcare and state/federal governmental clients.
  • Secured new outsourcing long-term contracts with diverse occupiers such as:  Sprint, Google, The State of New York, JPMorgan Chase, Microsoft, Motorola, AT&T and RBC.
  • Developed the two largest distribution hub facilities for Baxter’s Network 2000 supply chain redevelopment program which were completed on time and below construction budgets of $42M and $31M.
